Complete Chain implemented RASED project by identifying their business needs, determining the solution, and developing a goal-oriented plan. Our first step was to get a clear understanding of the future website purpose and the targeted audience they want to attract to the site. Then, based on the gathered information, a sitemap was created.

During the design phase, the website took shape and all the visual contents -such as images, photos, and videos- have been created. In the end, our experienced team tested every single link to make sure that none of them is broken and the site is running smoothly.

The Client

RASED is a program initiated by Al-Hayat Center that works on monitoring local elections by focusing on parliamentary and municipal elections, parliamentary performance, Members of Parliament performance evaluations (MPs), and some of the government's local action plans and commitments toward enhancing open government values of transparency, accountability, and public participation. Ultimately The program promotes decentralization and encourages citizens' active participation in decision-making processes (particularly women and youth).
